How It Works

• We handle product fulfillment and ship orders directly to the end customer.
• Partners are responsible for customer acquisition, pricing, and marketplace compliance.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• Shipping time is typically 1–5 business days.
• Orders are shipped without pricing or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Branding & Product Content

• Product images and descriptions may be used solely for selling our products.
• Altering images or misrepresenting products is not permitted.

Pricing & Fees

• Wholesale or dropshipping pricing will be shared upon approval.
• Partners are responsible for all marketplace and advertising fees.

Returns & Customer Service

• All returns must follow our published Return Policy.
• Partners handle first-line customer service.
